Unsecured Business Lines of Credit - A new income opportunity for Real Estate Professionals.

We offer unsecured business lines of credit to qualified business owners. This is an opportunity for Real Estate Professionals who would like to help their clients (who own their own business) find an unsecured source for a down payment, due diligence fees, closing costs or reserves needed to qualify for mortgages to buy real estate. 

The line of credit is made available to the buyer’s business and not to the buyer personally. (The line of credit is 100% unsecured and does not show up on the applicant’s personal credit report). The business then pays the buyer (the business owner) personal income which provides the reserves and down payment to qualify for the real estate purchase.

We offer a generous referral commission with each transaction. This is legal even for residential brokers as the commercial funding transaction is separate from the real estate transaction and has nothing what so ever to do with residential lending or RESPA.
