In order to provide you with our best and most efficient service, please select the option below that accurately describes your needs;
If you have available liquid cash equal to at least 20% of the purchase price of a property that you already have the address of and want to purchase (and also have the available liquid cash for lender due diligence fees, closing costs, escrows and reserves), then please follow this link to be pre qualified for one of our many commercial loans.
If you do not have sufficient ready liquid cash to purchase a property at this time, (for down payment, lender due diligence fees, closing costs, escrows and reserves), then the best program for you to consider is our 100% Combo Finance Program. If you would like to take advantage of this unique program, then you can get started by making application for our business lines of credit first, which will give us the information necessary to be able to advise you about properties that you will be able to buy using our program. Until we have received and reviewed your application, we would prefer not to provide the addresses of any properties on our web list so that we do not create any unrealistic expectations or waste your time.
If you have the available liquid cash equal to at least 20% of the price of a property in the price range that you want to purchase (and also have the available liquid cash for due diligence fees, closing costs, escrows and reserves) and would like the address of and to visit any of the properties on our web list, then please sign and fax back to me the commission agreement. Once we have received your agreement, you will be contacted by an agent who will provide you with the property information and make arrangements for you to visit or make an offer to purchase the property.
If you are a real estate or mortgage broker and would like to refer a buyer or a borrower to us, please request our co-broker Referral and NCD agreement.
If you are a real estate broker and would like to advertise your property on our our web list, then please visit our marketing program information for sellers and listing agents.
Please note that we unfortunately do not provide a property finding service. The only properties that we have to offer are those that appear on our web list.
